For a bug, include:
- your Iris version (Settings › Help);
- your Premiere Pro version (Help › About) and your system (Windows or macOS);
- what you were doing, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
For an order question, write from the address you used to buy or include your order number. Never send me your full license key, a password or bank details.
